Terms of service

These terms govern the provision of group and individual Kangoo Jumps and Balance Functional Board (BFB) training services offered by Solomiia Dudko, IČ 23668938 (the "provider").

By ordering a service the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms.

Sessions are booked via message, the booking system, or any other agreed method.

Cancellation is possible at the latest 24 hours before the start of the session. Later cancellation or no-show is charged in full.

Participation is voluntary and each client trains with respect to their own body and current health.

Clients are obliged to inform the trainer of any health limitations before the session starts.

The provider is not responsible for health complications or injuries arising during training without direct fault on the provider's side.

Clients are advised to consult their health with a physician before starting, especially during pregnancy, with existing health limitations, musculoskeletal pain, or after injury.

Client personal data is processed only for communication, bookings and class organisation, and is not shared with third parties.

The provider reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

These terms are effective from 1 September 2025.
